Emily Weprich

Emily Weprich is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ServiceTitan since August 2022, with a focus on Engineering, AI, Data, and QA for both the US and Armenia. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Netflix from June 2016 to July 2022, including Head of Employee Services for the US and Canada, where responsibilities included leading a team of HR Generalists and enhancing the employee experience. Emily’s career also spans significant roles at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and MTV Networks, along with early internships and assistant positions in multiple organizations. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Auburn University.
