Monica Olaya serves as the Operation Support Manager at Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. since March 2020, overseeing production, call management, incident response, data analysis, and project relations, while functioning as a super user for the Management Maintenance system and collaborating with developers on system improvements. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Operations Manager at ACM Services, Inc. from March 2009 to March 2020, where supply chain management and workflow optimizations were prioritized, enhancing production efficiency through training and goal-setting. Monica's career began as Operations Administrator at Van Metre Companies from February 2005 to February 2009, managing daily operations for subdivisions, including budgeting and vendor comparisons. Currently, Monica is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Montgomery College.
