Roy C. Levin

Roy C. Levin has been representing injured workers since 1992 and Workers’ Compensation claims comprise the majority of the firm’s current work.

Mr. Levin is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Levin practiced from 1992 until 2002 with a small general practice firm in Dixon, California, and successfully pursued claims against uninsured employers and third parties, and obtained civil judgment in superior court, negotiated third party settlements and represented clients before the Social Security Administration for Appeals of Social Security Disability Insurance claims. In 2003, Mr. Levin moved his practice to Sacramento.
