Connie Baker

Connie Baker's work experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at RoyOMartin since July 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from June 2002 to July 2019. Before joining RoyOMartin, Connie worked at Watkins Engineers and Constructors as a Cost Engineer and Process Safety Engineer from an unknown start date in 1993 to 2002.

Connie Baker has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge. Connie also has obtained certifications such as SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015 and Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute in 2003. Connie has also completed an Executive Education program at Louisiana State University.
