Ahmed AlNajjar

Ahmed AlNajjar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ahmed is currently working as a Human Capital Specialist at RUA Al Madinah Holding since October 2022. Previously, they worked at Marafiq where they held multiple roles. From May 2019 to the present, they worked as a Specialist in Payroll and Benefits, responsible for updating employee master data, managing payroll and benefits processes, and payments management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist in HR&B from September 2016 to May 2019. In this position, they were involved in various recruitment activities such as planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. Ahmed also attended internal and external career fairs and conducted recruitment campaigns. Before joining Marafiq, Ahmed worked as an Analyst Recruitment at SABIC from August 2013 to September 2016. In this role, they were responsible for various recruitment tasks including planning, sourcing, screening, posting, headhunting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding. Ahmed AlNajjar attended Jubail Industrial College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Office Management/Administration. Ahmed then pursued further education at the Royal Commission for Yanbu Colleges & Institutes from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Resource Management (BSBM).
