Chts Sonya Pratt

Sonya Pratt, CHTS, currently serves as a Credit Analyst at Royal Manufacturing, where responsibilities include assisting customers with account updates, payment issues, and billing inquiries, as well as presenting analytical findings and recommendations to management regarding customers' payment capabilities. In addition, Sonya has volunteered as an Administrative Assistant for the City of Refuge Global Outreach Ministry since April 2001, coordinating special events and providing administrative support to the Pastor. Previous experience includes ten years as a Medical Malpractice Claims Examiner at Baylor College of Medicine, managing claims and directing legal counsel, and six years as an Inside Casualty Claims Representative at Crawford & Company, overseeing various types of claims. Sonya holds a certification as a HITECH Trainer from HCC and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Northeast Community College, along with studies at Mississippi State University.
