Ayse Dayioglu

Ayse Dayioglu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract management. Currently serving as General Counsel at Royal A-ware since February 2012, Ayse has previously held senior legal counsel positions at wehkamp, Stork Technical Services Holding B.V., EXIN, KNVB, De Rijke Group, and ING, covering various legal matters across diverse industries. Ayse’s expertise includes guiding M&A processes, developing and implementing contract frameworks, and providing legal advice at both national and international levels. Ayse has a strong academic background with degrees from Utrecht University and the Grotius Academie.
