Carmen Schuchard

Carmen Schuchard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for the Cheese division and the Tapas, Fresh Dairy, Mozzarella & Cream division at Royal A-ware since October 2019, previously holding the role of HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Carmen worked as an HR Business Partner at WE Fashion BV from April 2017 to October 2019 and briefly as an HR Officer on a project basis at Roche in early 2017. Earlier experience includes an HR Officer position at Groupe PSA and a student internship at Roche in HR. Carmen holds multiple certifications and degrees from institutions including Open Universiteit, where certificates in Human Capital Management and Strategy and Marketing were obtained, along with a Premaster in Research Methods. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management was earned from Windesheim. Additionally, Carmen is a certified DISC consultant from DISC Factor Benelux.
