Farah Selwadi is a culinary professional currently serving as a Junior Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since May 2022. The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of the EHL Network of Certified Schools, is a technical university college which provides Bachelor and Diploma programs, founded in 2008 to fulfill the vision of his Majesty King Abdullah II of having a culinary school in Jordan operating at the highest international standards, and to introduce the Swiss experience of merging practical and hands-on training with academic education.
