Hashem Mardini possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business development, sales, and the culinary arts. Currently serving as a Junior Academic Facilitator at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts since May 2022, Hashem previously excelled as a Business Development Manager at Quebec Investment Consultation and Management Services LLC from May 2016 to May 2022. With a strong foundation in customer acquisition, marketing, and operational management, Hashem has also held significant roles such as Vice President at METALS, Senior Account Manager at Umniah, and Account Manager at Young & Rubicam Group. Complementing these roles, an internship at Four Seasons Hotel Amman and a culinary diploma from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts underscore Hashem's commitment to continuous learning and development in both business and culinary professions. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Wales, a B.A. in Accounting from Yarmouk University, and foundational education from Amman Academy and The International School of Choueifat.

The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of the EHL Network of Certified Schools, is a technical university college which provides Bachelor and Diploma programs, founded in 2008 to fulfill the vision of his Majesty King Abdullah II of having a culinary school in Jordan operating at the highest international standards, and to introduce the Swiss experience of merging practical and hands-on training with academic education.
