Daniela Guajardo Silva

Daniela Guajardo Silva is an experienced Programme Manager in Research with the Royal Academy of Engineering, overseeing the Research Fellowships programme and managing a team to support UK researchers addressing various challenges. Daniela has a background in entrepreneurship ecosystem development as the Head of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at INACAP, where strategic creation and team management were key. Previous roles include Business Advisor at Technoserve, where impactful workshops benefited micro-entrepreneurs, and Human Resources Trainee Engineer at Orica, implementing performance management systems across Latin America.
