David Jones

David Jones is an accomplished academic and professional with a distinguished record of election as a Fellow and Member of several prestigious organizations, including the Academy of Medical Sciences, the Royal Irish Academy, and the Royal Statistical Society. Currently serving as an Elected Fellow of multiple societies, David has held significant academic positions at Queen's University Belfast, culminating in the role of Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Students from June 2014 to October 2023. David's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Queen's University Belfast, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The Open University. David's extensive experience also includes leadership in industrial settings, notably as Head of Formulations at Norbrook Laboratories ltd.
