Delila Khaled is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender equality, sustainable waste management, and resource recovery. Currently serving as the Founder and Principal at ImpaXus since August 2020, Delila also holds leadership roles with the Royal Academy of Engineering, driving initiatives such as "The Gendered Dimensions of Open Waste Burning" and promoting women's involvement in waste management as a Safer End of Engineered Life Champion. Delila's past roles include Senior Technical Advisor at Blumont, Inc., Advisor on Ocean Plastics and Municipal Solid Waste Management at Deloitte, and authoring a policy paper for GRID-Arendal on reducing plastic pollution through the informal recycling sector.
