Jim Donovan

Jim Donovan has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Royal Administration Services since May 2014, with a new promotion set to take effect in November 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of Senior Vice President at Marathon Administrative Company from December 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities included developing a dealer-based service contract program. Prior experience includes a role as National Account Manager at Royal Administration Services from July 1998 to December 2010, focusing on sales and administration for a national aftermarket warranty business, and as a Loan Officer at Brockton Credit Union from 1992 to 1998, where Jim implemented an innovative indirect lending program.
