Howard R. Nye

Howard R. Nye has held various leadership positions within the Royal Aeronautical Society, including President, Vice President, and Chair of the Space Specialist Group Committee. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Executive at the European Space Agency for over three decades, overseeing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce corporate expenditure. Nye's expertise spans from spacecraft operations to informatics and facility management, demonstrating his extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Before his time at ESA, he was Head of Solar Array Systems at BAE Systems. Howard R. Nye holds a BSc. Hons in Physics from the University of Bristol.
