Kelly Hawken

Kelly Hawken is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at the Royal Air Forces Association since October 2023. Prior roles include Senior People Partner at Central Co-op and Head of People & Culture for A-Gas. Kelly has a diverse background in human resources, having held various positions such as Head of People & Performance at Sift, Resourcing & Development Manager at Refresco, and HR Advisor at Immediate Media Co. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 7 HR degree from Oxford Brookes University and additional CIPD qualifications from City College, Plymouth. Kelly's early career foundation was built at Bond Dickinson LLP as an HR Assistant, and throughout the years, has amassed extensive experience in coordinating and leading HR functions across multiple organizations.
