Hicham Kharbache

Hicham Kharbache currently serves as Head Of Cargo Operations and previously held the position of Head Of Cargo Pricing & Revenue Management at Royal Air Maroc since January 2021. Prior to this, Hicham Kharbache was Operations Senior Manager at RAM HANDLING from January 2014 to January 2021, overseeing passenger operations and leading a team of over 500 employees. Additionally, Hicham Kharbache was RAMP & GSE Senior Manager, managing ground service operations and training a team of over 250 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Cargo Export Manager at Royal Air Maroc from September 2010 to March 2013, where innovative cargo management strategies were implemented. Hicham Kharbache holds an Executive MBA from École des Ponts Business School and an Ingénieur d'Etat degree in Automation and Industrial Computing from Mohammadia School of Engineers, along with IATA training in Contract & Procurement Management and E-Freight Implementation.
