Jane has experience as a Technical Support Officer at Harrogate Borough Council, Trainer and Support at Artifax Software Ltd, and Box Office Manager at Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse. Currently, Jane serves as the Customer Experience Manager (Box Office) at Royal Albert Hall, leading the Call Centre staff in training, development, and motivation for the ticket sales team.
