Joanna Houlden is a marketing professional with extensive experience in the arts sector, currently serving as Senior Brand and Campaigns Manager at Royal Albert Hall since April 2020. In this role, Joanna has also acted as Head of Marketing and Communications, overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, managing budgets, and evaluating campaign effectiveness. Prior to Royal Albert Hall, Joanna worked as Marketing Officer at Rich Mix, where responsibilities included leading marketing activities for cinema and private hires and managing audience data through CRM systems. Joanna's earlier experience includes serving as Marketing & Press Officer at Norwich Arts Centre, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed for a multi-arts venue, and volunteering as Co-Ordinator at the Norwich Sound & Vision Music Festival. Joanna holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Art from the University of East Anglia.
