Denise Ost

Denise Ost is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Royal American Management, Inc. since January 2016. In this role, Denise oversees operations and corporate support for over 250 properties across 10 states and the USVI. Previously, Denise held various leadership positions within the same company, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Conventional Vice President, managing significant portfolios of affordable housing and multifamily communities.
