Minal Bhosale

Minal Bhosale is an experienced professional in the fields of astrophysics and structural engineering, currently serving as a Student Fellow at the Royal Astronomical Society since February 2020. Minal's recent role as a Structural Engineer at the European Space Agency lasted from April 2024 to May 2024. Previously, Minal worked as a Researcher at DISCUS from June 2023 to April 2024, focusing on drought prediction in Marathwada using the AstroCast pipeline. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Tutor at the University of Sussex, supporting laboratory sessions for physics modules, and working as a Junior Research Associate on synthetic galaxy catalogues for significant astronomical projects. Minal holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Surrey and the University of Sussex, alongside earlier education in science subjects at PACE IIT & Medical and DAV Public School, New Panvel.
