Ngubane has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from Massey University and has held various roles such as Customer Service Representative, Junior Copywriter, Fundraising Executive, and currently serves as Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
