Senior Engineer at Royal Australian Mint

Ramdayal Yadav is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in research, development, and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently a Senior Engineer at the Royal Australian Mint since March 2024, Ramdayal previously worked as an Associate Research Scientist at Carbon Nexus, where success in winning the Carbon Fiber Grand Challenge and leading innovative R&D projects enhanced automotive material production efficiency. Prior to that, Ramdayal served as an Associate Research Fellow and Doctoral Researcher at the Institute for Frontier Materials, Deakin University, focusing on bio-mimicked ballistic materials. Additional roles include Research and Development Engineer at the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology, Engineering Support Specialist at Krishna Engineering College, and early experience at DANA India Pvt Ltd. Ramdayal holds a PhD in Composite Materials from Deakin University, an MTech in Materials Engineering from DIAT, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Krishna Engineering College.
