Alice Jennison

Alice Jennison currently serves as the Group D&I Specialist at Royal BAM Group, focusing on enhancing inclusion efforts across the UK and EU divisions. Prior to this role, Alice was instrumental at Skanska, where tenure included positions such as Inclusion & Diversity Manager and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Senior Manager, leading significant projects including the HS2 rail project. Alice's achievements include pioneering the industry’s first site-based flexible working trial and establishing a Global Volunteering program while seconded to Sweden. With a Postgraduate Degree in Behavioural Change from UCL and a BA in Geography and International Development from the University of Sussex, Alice has been recognized as one of the top 25 under-25s in Sustainability by 2degrees for contributions to environmental and social responsibility.
