Henriette Boelstra

Henriette Boelstra has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Henriette is currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at LTO Bedrijven since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Director at BAM Financial Services in the Royal BAM Group nv starting from December 2021. Before joining BAM, they spent several years at AkzoNobel, where they held various positions including Finance Director for the Commercial Business Partner role, BU Finance Director for Deco EMEA, Finance Manager for Decorative Paints in North West Europe, UK & Ireland, and BU Finance Manager for Industrial Chemicals. Henriette also worked as the Manager of Accounting Netherlands at Akzo Nobel Industrial Chemicals. Henriette began their career at AFM (Netherlands Authority for Financial Markets) as a Supervision Officer for Financial Reporting and later worked as a University Lecturer at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Their experience also includes a managerial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager (RA).

Henriette Boelstra completed their Global Management degree at INSEAD in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Strategic Finance program at IMD in 2018. Henriette holds a Drs degree in Economics and Accountancy from the University of Groningen, where they also pursued a Postmaster Accountancy program. Additionally, they completed the RA (Accountancy) practical training at Nivra.
