Yolandi Krantz is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on analytics and technology. Currently serving as the HR Reporting & Analytics Lead at Royal BAM Group since October 2022, Yolandi specializes in developing robust HR analytics processes and ensuring effective reporting. Previously, Yolandi held roles at Danone, where the position of HR Reporting & Data Manager facilitated a transition from finance to HR, and as Internal Control Manager, where strategic risk management and process improvements were key responsibilities. With a background that includes significant experience at AkzoNobel, DSM, and Ernst & Young, Yolandi has cultivated expertise in internal audit, compliance, and risk management. Educationally, Yolandi holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and various qualifications in internal auditing and wine studies.
