Mary Kay Shea

Mary Kay Shea has over twenty-four years of experience in financial institutions, with their most recent role as the Chief Financial Officer at 1st Colonial Community Bank since July 2017. Before that, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Royal Bank America from September 2008. During their tenure at Royal Bank America, they demonstrated extensive knowledge in various financial and accounting disciplines, including SEC and regulatory reporting, risk management, and budgeting. Prior to that, they worked as the Controller at Parke Bank from May 2007 to September 2008 and at Wainwight Bank & Trust as the Controller from 1993 to 2007.

Mary Kay Shea attended Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1988 to 1992. Mary Kay earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics.
