Alfred Mui

Alfred Mui is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in hybrid infrastructure services and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Hybrid Infrastructure Services at RBC since June 2018, Alfred has successfully increased the adoption of enterprise services such as Elasticsearch and Kafka by 900%. Prior to RBC, Alfred held various positions at Leonardo Worldwide Corporation, where as Head of Engineering, contributed to significant improvements in development timelines and operational efficiency. Alfred also served as Director of Engineering, driving enhancements in product release management. Earlier roles at NexJ Systems saw Alfred increase team productivity and transition to agile methodologies, while initial experiences at Siebel Systems Inc / Oracle focused on developing features for SaaS products. Alfred holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a Software Engineering Option from the University of Waterloo.
