Ananya Roy

Ananya Roy is an accomplished professional in data science and machine learning, with extensive experience leading teams and driving impactful AI/ML initiatives. Notably, at RBC from May 2018 to March 2021, Ananya served as Director of Data Science and Principal Technologist, focusing on Generative AI use cases and overseeing patent development. Previous roles include Algorithm Developer-Machine Learning at Crescendo Technology, where Ananya implemented machine learning models for a major sportsbook, and Data Scientist at CarDekho, contributing to the successful development of a Used Car Valuation Engine. Ananya also has a background in research and consulting, having worked on significant projects with the Thought Arbitrage Research Institute and the Observer Research Foundation. Ananya holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Science in Pure Mathematics from Delhi University.
