Dannie Jim

Dannie Jim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk technology and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager of US Risk Technology at RBC since September 2022, Dannie is responsible for developing the RFCL (Risk Finance Computation Layer), which centralizes critical calculations and data management for Finance, Risk, and Capital reporting across RBC. Prior to this role, Dannie held various positions at RBC Capital Markets, including Reporting Lead for CCAR, where management of regulatory compliance reporting was crucial. Dannie's career also includes managerial roles in human resources at organizations such as EY, Deloitte India, HSBC, and Tech Mahindra. Dannie holds a PGD in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a BBA in Management from IMS, Noida.
