Erica Nielsen

Erica Nielsen is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in personal banking and product management. Currently serving as Group Head of RBC Personal Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada since May 2012, Erica has held multiple senior positions, including EVP of Personal Financing Products for RBC Caribbean and RBC Bank US, and EVP of Personal Banking and Investments. Prior to joining RBC, Erica worked at Oliver Wyman as an Associate Partner and held various roles at CIBC focused on mortgages and lending. Erica holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management of Organizations from the University of Manitoba.
