Jenny Dai

Jenny Dai has extensive experience in the financial services and payments sectors, with a strong background in program delivery and payments strategy. From April 2019 to July 2023, Jenny served as Senior Director of Core and Real Time Payments Delivery and previously as Director of Program Delivery at RBC. Prior to that, from February 2014 to April 2019, Jenny held the role of Senior Manager, Payments Strategy at TD, after serving as Lead Business Systems Analyst. Jenny's career began at CGI, where roles included Senior Consultant and Technical Consultant in Architecture, and earlier experience included a position as Wealth Management Java Developer at TD Bank Financial Group. Jenny holds a degree from the University of Waterloo.
