Joji Mathai

Joji Mathai has over a decade of experience in finance technology and data management. At RBC from November 2010 to January 2020, Joji held various leadership roles, including Director of Architecture and Data Management Technology, managing development and project management for key reference data applications. Prior to RBC, Joji served as a Lead Consultant at iGATE Global Solutions and as a Senior Business Analyst at GoldenSource Corporation. Most recently, from December 2020 to May 2021, Joji worked at Scotiabank as Architect and Head of DataOps for the Global Wholesale and Risk Technology data platform. Joji holds a Master of Finance focused on Artificial Intelligence and FINTECH from Queen's University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras.
