Megan Riley

Megan Riley has garnered extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources over a career spanning several years. Currently serving as Executive Talent Acquisition at Medtronic since July 2025, Megan previously held the role of Lead, Executive Talent Acquisition at The Kraft Heinz Company from April 2023 to July 2025, focusing on attracting and developing top executive talent with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Prior roles include Director, Talent Success, Senior Manager, Talent Success, and Talent Manager at The Mom Project from September 2019 to March 2023, as well as a New Talent Sourcer/Recruiter position at JLL in early 2017. Megan began a career in recruitment as an Executive Recruiter at Information Resources Inc. from January 2002 to January 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Villanova University and a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from DePaul University.
