Kelly Bradley

Kelly Bradley is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in talent strategy and development, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at RBC since April 2012. Kelly's leadership roles at RBC include Senior Vice President positions focused on Talent Strategy & Solutions, Leadership Development, and Reimagine HR Programs, alongside earlier roles in talent management and learning development. Prior to RBC, Kelly held the position of Senior Director of Talent Strategy at Bank of Montreal for a brief period in 2011. Kelly's career at RBC began in 1995, encompassing various roles in human resources and banking operations. Additionally, Kelly brings experience as Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Channel Strategy at HSBC. Kelly holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Guelph.
