Lilian Knorr, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Distribution Transformation at RBC, a role held since July 2017, where expertise lies in developing innovative distribution strategies driven by market analysis and customer insights. Previously, Lilian managed a team of strategists and design researchers as Director of Digital Design and Incubation, focused on digitizing distribution models and enhancing client journeys. Prior to RBC, leadership was demonstrated as Head of Research and Evaluation at Prosper Canada, managing research projects and service design initiatives. Academic experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate role at Princeton University, where research revolved around social policy and youth services, and a Research Fellow position at Harvard University, which involved evaluating urban youth programs.
