Mark Neads

Mark Neads is a seasoned professional in enterprise architecture and technology, currently serving as Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture, AI & Data Lead at RBC since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held several director positions at RBC Capital Markets from June 2017 to December 2024, including Director of DevOps, Quality Engineering and Emerging Technology support, as well as Director and Head of DevOps and Global Equities Architecture. Earlier in Mark's career, experience included a role as Network Analyst at Taunton Deane Borough Council and West Somerset Council from January 2002 to January 2003, complemented by a BSc (Hons) 1st class degree in Computer Systems & Networking from the University of Plymouth, completed in January 2004.
