Martin Wildberger has over 30 years of experience in innovation and technology leadership, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Innovation and Technology at RBC since July 2014, where responsibilities include driving the bank's innovation strategy and overseeing the Wealth Application Development team. Prior to RBC, Martin had a distinguished three-decade career at IBM, holding various vice president roles including WW Information Management Development and leading the development of IBM's E-Commerce and Industry Solutions. Martin began at IBM as a software developer in 1984, contributing to key research and technology advancements throughout the organization. Martin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned in 1984.
