Meagan Filion

Meagan Filion has over 18 years of experience at RBC, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy Enablement, Transformation & Chief Operating Office, Tech & Ops, and previously as Senior Director of Early Talent and Academic Relationships. In these roles, Meagan Filion is responsible for developing a diverse pipeline of talent and positioning RBC Tech & Ops as a leading destination for top early tech talent. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent Management and Manager of Leadership Development, where Meagan Filion was accountable for high potential talent assessments and leadership program coordination, respectively. Additionally, Meagan Filion worked as a Recruitment Manager for Functions at RBC and as a Recruiting Manager at Hewitt Associates supporting the Bank of Montreal. Meagan Filion holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from McGill University.
