Rob Harley

Rob Harley possesses extensive experience in technology infrastructure and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at RBC since November 2015, Rob oversees the strategic planning and execution of technology infrastructure services across Europe and Asia, while also leading global relationship management and program delivery initiatives. Previously held significant roles at RBS, Wattle Hill Oast Ltd, Direct Line Group, Brevan Howard, Fidelity, Barclays Capital, and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities ranged from leading complex outsourcing programs to transforming infrastructure strategies and managing large-scale service changes. Educational background includes studies at Chicago Business School and Henley Business School, complemented by early career experience as a Systems Engineer and Technical Team Leader.
