Rory Meleniclis

Rory Meleniclis is a seasoned technology executive with a strong focus on banking and financial services, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Branch Technology and ATM at RBC since March 2023. Rory also contributes as a member of the GUS Canada Technology Transformation and Innovation Council and previously held roles at Scotiabank, including Vice President of Branch Technology and Chief Architect of Canadian Banking Technology. Experience encompasses leadership positions at Google, Accenture, BMO, and EY-IZAZI Solutions, specializing in application modernization, enterprise architecture, and technology-enabled business transformation.
