Shelagh McGrogan

Shelagh McGrogan is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of Content Marketing & Crisis Communications at RBC since May 2000, Shelagh co-led the launch of Content Marketing, achieving over 70 million impressions in less than one year and delivering engagement scores significantly higher than industry averages. Previously, as Director of Retail Merchandising, Shelagh led the development and implementation of retail best practices across 1,400 stores, including the rollout of innovative retail concepts. Prior roles at BMO Financial Group included Marketing Manager for BMO Mastercard and mbanx, where Shelagh focused on acquisition and retention strategies. Early career experience at Sprint Canada involved supporting direct mail campaigns and developing an acquisition database. Shelagh holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Dalhousie University and a BA in BioPsychology from Western University.
