Valerie Gelinas

Valerie Gelinas is an accomplished leader in experience design and talent development with extensive experience at RBC since July 2005. Currently serving as Director of Experience Design, Valerie's focus on human-centered design enhances employee engagement and collaborative solutions. Prior roles included Director of Learning Innovation & Technology, where innovative learning strategies for 80,000 employees were developed, and Director of Technology and Operations Early Talent, which involved building a diverse talent pipeline and recruiting over 800 students annually. Valerie has also held various managerial positions, specializing in resource management, program development, and strategic collaboration within technology and operations. Valerie is a committee member of the Women in Technology and Operations Employee Resource Group and holds a BA in Sociology from Bishop's University and a degree in Applied Information Technology from ITI Moncton.
