Vikas Dhawan

Vikas Dhawan is a seasoned professional in cyber and technology risk management, currently serving as the US Head of Cyber & Technology Risk at RBC since October 2025. Prior to this role, Vikas held various key positions at Wells Fargo, including Head of Cyber & Information Security Risk Management and Head of Information Protection Risk. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, HSBC, and Citi, where responsibilities encompassed technology, cyber, and information security risk management. Vikas began a career as a Technology Programmer/Analyst at Accenture and boasts a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, and a B.S. in Physics from Panjab University.
