Sarah Larios

Sarah Larios is currently the Head of People Operations at Sight Scotland since August 2019. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service from April 2014 to August 2019 as a T/HROD Manager and HR Advisor. Sarah also volunteered at the Edinburgh School Uniform Bank since September 2021. Sarah started their career at Sacro in October 2008 as an HR Assistant and later pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management at Edinburgh Napier University from 2011 to 2013. Sarah holds a BA Hons in German & Spanish from Liverpool John Moores University.
