Fanni Borbiro

Fanni Borbiro is an independent gender expert with extensive experience in research, policy analysis, and advocacy for gender equality and equal opportunities. Since 2005, Fanni has been involved in various roles, currently serving as the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference Coordinator and Specialist Team Support Officer for the Safeguarding Adults Team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Previous positions include the Campaigns and Communications Officer at Jagonari Women's Educational Resource Centre, where Fanni raised awareness about domestic violence, and a volunteer role at Survive DV focused on social media campaigns and training on healthy relationships. Fanni’s background encompasses management and communication roles at notable organizations, including the FIONA Foundation for Young Women and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hungary. Fanni holds a Master of Philosophy in Political Science, Public Policy from Central European University and several other advanced degrees in European Studies and History.
