Kit Collingwood

Kit Collingwood serves as the Assistant Director of Digital and Customer Services at the Royal Borough of Greenwich since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kit was an Advisory Principal at ThoughtWorks, providing digital transformation consulting to large organizations. From March 2016 to January 2019, Kit held the position of Deputy Director for Universal Credit at the Department for Work and Pensions, overseeing product delivery for the programme. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology, leading product teams to develop new digital services, and as Head of Digital at the Office of the Public Guardian, where Kit directed the creation of government digital services.
