Andy Aldridge is an experienced Community Safety Manager at RBWM, a position held since April 2008, with recent promotion to Community Warden Lead. In this role, Andy manages the Community Warden team and the Anti-Social Behaviour unit, implementing the MEAM approach to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors. Prior to this, Andy served as an Officer at Thames Valley Police from March 2004 to April 2008. Andy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Lampton Comprehensive, Hounslow, where education was completed from 1977 to 1982.
