Currently serving as Principal Engineer at ROYAL Brass and Hose since April 2023, Jacob previously held the role of Process Improvement Engineer at Arconic, where responsibilities included implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and leading process enhancement initiatives. Prior roles include Manufacturing Engineer and Tube & Hose Manufacturing Manager at Royal Brass & Hose, where Jacob focused on production goals and quality maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineer at Bailey International, overseeing significant projects that improved efficiency in hydraulic tube manufacturing. Jacob's career began with an education in Manufacturing & Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University, solidifying a strong foundation for a successful engineering career.
