Thomas Barnard is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in network administration and operations management. Since November 2014, Thomas has served as the Information Technology Operations Manager at Royal Brass and Hose, where responsibilities include troubleshooting major issues and overseeing the deployment of new hardware and software. Previous roles include Network Administrator and IT Technician, with a focus on establishing network specifications, performance evaluation, and providing tier 1 technical support for a retail and manufacturing company. Thomas also has military experience as a Radio Supervisor in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included installing and maintaining data communication systems in tactical environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Network Security & Forensics and an Associate of Occupational Science in Information Technology from Fountainhead College of Technology.
